Q1.Why my password cannot be accepted by the system?
A1. Your password must include upper and lower case letters, digits and/or symbols (such as #?!@$%^&><+`*()-]). The mixture of 3 out of the aforementioned 4 types combination is a must and at least 8 characters long (without space). When change a new set of password, it cannot be the same as your last 3 sets of passwords.
Q2.My password is not working or I forgot my password?
A2. Please click on the “forgot password” button, the system will send an e-mail to reset your password.
Q3.When I tried to sign in and I got 'Incorrect password' error message but I’m sure I had entered the correct password.

Q4.What is the minimum requirement for choosing a User ID to log in to the account?
A4.User ID must contain at least 8 characters, and must be letters or digits.
Q5.Verification timeout?
A5.After the user has been directed to the system for more than 10 minutes and the system has not been logged in, then it will be automatically determined as timeout. The process of verification must be rerun.
Q6.If I haven't received an email to reset password after quite some time, what should I do?
A6.Please check the spams in your mailbox or try to reset again.
Q7.Timing of Password Change?
A7.After 90 days, the system automatically requests password change
Q8.How long does the reset password link valid before it's expired if I haven't reset my password immediately?
A8.The validity duration of the unique link for reset password is 4 hours only upon sending.
